สำหรับงานประเภท Surprise จะไม่มีการส่งขั้นตอนการทำงาน จะได้รับงานที่เสร็จแล้วเลย โดยสามารถขอแก้ไขรายละเอียดได้เพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น เช่น เปลี่ยนสีหน้า เปลี่ยนสีบางส่วนที่ไม่เกิน 30% ของภาพรวม ส่วนสิ่งที่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ เช่น มุมของภาพ ท่าทางตัวละคร

สำหรับงานประเภท Regular จะมีขั้นตอนการทำงาน คือ ส่งสเก็ตช์ และการลงสีตามลำดับ และอนุญาตให้แก้ไขได้สูงสุด 3 ครั้ง การแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

การแก้ไขขั้นตอนก่อนหน้านี้หลังจากยืนยันแบบแล้ว โดยเฉพาะการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (เช่น การเปลี่ยนจากมุมมองด้านหน้าเป็นมุมมองด้านข้าง การเปลี่ยนจากท่ายืนเป็นท่านั่ง) จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม และถือเป็นการเริ่มงานชิ้นใหม่ในบางกรณี

ประเภทงานที่ไม่สามารถทำได้ คือ งานประเภทที่คาร์แรกเตอร์หน้าตาแบบมังฮวา หรืออนิเมมากๆ งานที่เน้นหน้าตาและหุ่นเป็นหลัก หุ่นยนต์ เฟอรี่ งานแนวสดใส

ผู้วาดมีฝีมืออยู่ในช่วงพัฒนา ไม่ได้ทำเป็นอาชีพหลัก ดังนั้นจึงเป็นการทำงานตามเวลาว่าง ทำสลับกับงานหลักและงานส่วนตัว จึงไม่สามารถงานที่เร่งรีบเกินไปได้ และงานอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามเวลาได้บ้างค่ะ สามารถติดต่อมาสอบถามก่อนได้ค่ะ

ผู้วาดสามารถปฏิเสธงานได้ หากผู้วาดคิดว่างานนั้นไม่สามารถดำเนินการตามที่ผู้จ้างต้องการได้

งานประเภทนี้จะเน้นภาพรวม ใช้เทกเจอร์หยาบ จำกัดการใช้สีหลักเป็นโทนสีดำ และแทรกสีอื่นเพียง 1-2 สี มีการเว้นช่องว่างของภาพโดยอาศัยแสงและเงา และไม่มีการเก็บรายละเอียดหลายส่วน เช่น จะไม่เห็นใบหน้า และรายละเอียดเสื้อผ้าได้ชัดเจน

สำหรับงานประเภท surprise จะไม่สามารถระบุฉากหลัง หรือท่าทางตัวละครที่ชัดเจนจากการบรีฟได้ จะรับเพียงแค่ภาพรวมของรูป เพลง mood board โทนสีโดยรวม และประวัติตัวละคร หากไม่มั่นใจว่าต้องบรีฟอย่างไร สามารถดูตัวอย่างแบบฟอร์มการบรีฟได้ใน Vgen ค่ะ

งานประเภทนี้จะคล้ายกับงานประเภท Monochrome with negative space คือ ใช้เทกเจอร์หยาบ และไม่มีการเก็บรายละเอียดหลายส่วน แต่จะมีการใช้สีที่หลากหลายขึ้น และลดการเว้นช่องว่างที่ปล่อยโล่ง

Payment Methods: Transfer to PayPal, with 50% paid before starting the work and 50% after completion

Timeline: 3 days to 1 month, or possibly longer for projects with more details

Files Provided: JPG/PNG. If PSD files are required, please inform in advance, and there may be additional charges in some cases

Refunds: Refunds can be requested if the artist cannot complete the work within the specified time

Price: the listed price is the starting price for 1 character and for personal use only. If commercial use is intended, please contact the artist beforehand

Rights: The artist retains the rights to all commissioned works and has the right to use/show the work in their portfolio and on social media. If you prefer the work not to be published or have special requests, please notify and inquire beforehand

Surprise commission: no work-in-progress updates will be provided. The final artwork will be delivered as is, with only minor revisions allowed. Acceptable changes include slight facial expression adjustments or color modifications up to 30% of the overall piece. However, major elements such as composition, character pose, or perspective cannot be altered.

Regular commission: this type includes a structured process where sketches and coloring progress will be shared in sequence. Clients may request up to three revisions. Any additional revisions will incur extra fees.

Significant revisions: once a stage is approved, changes to previous steps will be subject to additional charges, especially for major modifications (e.g., switching from a front view to a side view, or changing a standing pose to a sitting one). In some cases, such changes may require starting a new commission.

Please review the artist's style before commissioning.

The following types of work cannot be accepted: characters with facial features in a manhwa or anime style, works that focus primarily on facial features and body proportions, robots or furry characters.

The artist is currently in a stage of development and does not pursue this as a full-time profession. Therefore, commissions are done in free time, alternating with main work and personal tasks. Urgent requests cannot be accommodated, and the style may evolve over time. Feel free to reach out for inquiries before commissioning.

The artist reserves the right to decline a commission if it cannot be executed according to the client's request.

This type of work focuses on the overall image, using rough textures, limit the use of primary colors to black tones and incorporate only 1-2 additional colors and does not include many details, such as clearly visible faces and clothing.

For surprise-type, it is not possible to specify the background scene or the character's pose in detail from the brief. Only the overall image, music, mood board, and character history will be provided. If you're not sure how to brief, you can refer to the briefing form example in Vgen.

For regular-type, you will receive 2-3 draft options to choose from before the refinement process begins. If additional drafts are requested, they will count toward the revision rights included in the regular-type commission. Should the revisions exceed the allowed limit, an additional fee starting at 10 USD per draft and revision will apply.

If you require a scene featuring structures or involving the use of complex perspective, there will be an additional starting fee of 15 USD per piece.

This type of work is similar to Monochrome with negative space, where rough textures are used and minimal detail is included. However, in this case, there will be more color variety and less empty space left open.

For surprise-type, it is not possible to specify the background scene or the character's pose in detail from the brief. Only the overall image, music, mood board, and character history will be provided. If you're not sure how to brief, you can refer to the briefing form example in Vgen.

For regular-type, you will receive 2-3 draft options to choose from before the refinement process begins.
